The name FO/RO is derived from the concept of space, how to design the void and how to design in the void. Using the terminology in Italian language, fuori-dentro, which means outside and inside, abbreviated into fo-ro, it symbolizes the duality and the interlocking concept of space. Together as a word, FORO in Italian also means "forum" to emphasize our practice as a place to share and to discuss between clients and designers to get to the best of the goals and to achieve the satisfaction in each project.
